The Climate Finance Capacity Support Programme works with Pacific countries and territories to respond to climate change. It supports access to the personnel or expertise needed to build or supplement the capacity of countries of or territories to plan, deliver and report on climate action.

Launched by New Zealand in 2024, the programme operates in 15 Pacific countries and territories and is responsive to the unique needs and priorities of these countries.

Diverse, rewarding opportunities

Part of our support to Pacific countries and territories as they seek access to relevant personnel and expertise is to manage the recruitment process, including actively seeking out suitable candidates.
