Niue
In Niue, the Climate Finance Capacity Support Programme (CFCSP) is supporting the Office of the Secretary of Government (OSOG) to establish systems to coordinate, deliver and report on climate actions within its national annual budget and reporting process. The CFCSP will provide personnel to work alongside the OSOG and the Ministry of Finance to map existing climate work, align it to the priorities in Niue’s updated Nationally Determined Contribution, and support the development of an integrated implementation plan. This support is designed to enable Niue’s government system to finance and deliver on its national climate actions in a structured and manageable way. Niue will also use CFCSP support to assist in engaging with regional, national and international climate meetings.

Climate Change Adviser, Office of the Secretary of Government
Shirley McGill is a Climate Change Adviser to Niue’s OSOG. Shirley is providing advisory services to the Government of Niue to support strategic national and international climate policy development and delivery, in turn supporting the delivery of climate change priorities.
Climate Change Coordinator, Office of the Secretary of Government
Jenna Priore is a National Climate Change Coordinator within Niue’s OSOG. Leading strategic policy advice and conducting the implementation of key climate change policies and plans in Niue, Jenna will coordinate and report on national efforts to address climate issues whilst providing advisory services to the Government of Niue.
