Solomon Islands

In the Solomon Islands, the Climate Finance Capacity Support Programme (CFCSP) is providing technical and project officers to the Solomon Islands Government, through the Climate Change Division (CCD) and the Climate Finance Resilience Unit, to strengthen cross-government coordination, complete vulnerability assessments, deliver, monitor and report on projects. The CFCSP will also support the Solomon Islands National Transport Fund in its efforts to get Green Climate Fund accreditation and to strengthen the Programme Management Coordination Unit with dedicated resources to support programme planning, preparation and delivery.
